Provide technical support and

Assist manufacturing staff with
production based in production necessities issues trough batch testing and
lab preparation. •
Perform analytical procedures for water
analysis, standardizing and identification of volumetric, gravimeter and test
solutions. •
Complete analysis of production
products in process and components testing physical and chemical
characteristics. •
Perform testing methodology used to
control raw materials, production intermediates, and final products. •
Prepare reports, documentation of QC,
record archival, chemical hygiene plan for laboratory keeping the QC aspects
of the Chempax database current. •
Experience with wet chemistry including
pH meter, viscometers, titrators and analytical instrumentation include
EQ equipment like GC, ICP, UV-Vis, FTIR, dissolution Karl Fisher,Auto Titrators. •
Prepare standard and sample solutions
for HPLC and assist in performing HPLC. •
Disposes acid and organic solvent waste
according to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. •
